GALILEO STUDIED THE WORKS OF ARAB SCIENTISTS, INCLUDING IBN AL- HAYTHAM AND ALHAZEN. HE WAS INSPIRED BY THESE SCIENTISTS TO DEVELOP HIS OWN METHODS OF OBSERVATION AND EXPERIMENTATION
